project majestic shore

Project Majestic Shore is a custom waterfront home shaped by its connection to the water, the surrounding trees, and the people who call it home. Expansive windows frame the views beyond, allowing natural light and the changing seasons to inform the atmosphere throughout. Designed around the homeowners’ lifestyle, the home brings together considered details and enduring materials in a way that feels both refined and entirely personal.

A quiet, earthy palette, warm finishes, timeworn materials, and soft textures lend depth and character to each space. Balancing beauty with everyday function, the design feels collected rather than contrived, creating a home that is at once welcoming, quietly sophisticated, and deeply connected to its waterfront setting.
